CORTLAND East Cobb

One of our recent projects with our partner, Cortland, is located in Marietta, Georgia. Started in March of 2019, this project consisted of remodeling and replacing siding, windows and doors, gutters and downspouts, renovating all of the staircases, painting the exteriors and installing new roofing in 21 buildings.

The images below are the state of the apartments before Zurek upgraded it completely.

CORTLAND MIRROR LAKE

Another one of our more memorable projects is Cortland Mirror Lake. In August of 2019 we took on this project of 18 buildings to repair the stucco, replace the balcony railing, replace the siding, gutters and down spouts, sliding glass doors and windows along with pressure washing and painting the exteriors.

THE PROCESS

We started by demolishing the existing structure and proceeded to install new plumbing. Then new concrete was laid and on top we built the new structure of the kitchen. Power outlets were also added and new decorative pavers were laid. We covered the new structure in new bricks and installed and painted the rounded metal roof. Then we Installed two new grills and a sink. And then finished by installing decorative lights on the roof and new granite counter tops.
