OUR STORY
Zurek was created November of 2010 but it’s story doesn’t begin there. Founder and CEO of Zurek construction, Francisco Fajardo, began working in construction years before the idea of creating his own construction company had crossed his mind. After working several years in the industry he realized that the apartment remodeling and new construction industry needed a contractor that catered to the specific needs and challenges that the multi family market represent. He then began the process of creating Highland construction in 2005. After a few successful years he began to have visions of expanding which then lead to the creation of Zurek. The company’s market comprehends the entire US territory and is expanding to countries in South America such as Colombia, to provide services that include roofing, siding, painting and more.

Zurek offers many services in the construction industry starting with consulting and estimating, the company also provides project management, design and site development in new construction and interior and exterior renovations at any scale on the market.
